Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Referral.ink ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms. Certain deals may have additional age or geographic restrictions (e.g., 21+ for sportsbooks or state-specific availability). You are responsible for ensuring you meet all requirements before completing a deal.

3. How the Platform Works

Referral.ink connects users with referral offers from third-party companies. When you complete a deal through our referral link and submit valid proof, you earn points. Points can be redeemed for PayPal, cryptocurrency, or gift cards at the stated conversion rate (100 points = $1.00).

Referral.ink is not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party company. We facilitate referral links and reward verified completions — we do not control the products, services, approval processes, or terms of any third-party offer.

4. Points & Rewards

• Points are not currency. Points have no cash value until redeemed through our platform. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of Referral.ink.
• Points are earned upon verification. Submitting proof does not guarantee points. Points are credited only after we verify (a) your proof is valid, and (b) the referral was successfully processed on our end.
• Referral confirmation may take time. Some deals require us to confirm that the referral bonus was received from the partner company before points are fully credited. This can take days to weeks depending on the deal.
• We reserve the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke points at our sole discretion if we determine that a deal was not completed in good faith, proof was falsified, or the referral was not successfully processed.
• Point values and redemption rates may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to honor existing balances at the rate they were earned.

5. No Guarantee of Payout

Referral.ink does not guarantee any specific payout amount or timeline. Rewards are contingent on successful referral completion and verification. If a third-party company rejects a referral, reverses a bonus, or changes their program terms, we are not obligated to pay out the associated points.

You acknowledge that:

• Referral programs are controlled by third parties and may change or end without notice.
• We pay out rewards from referral commissions we receive — if we don't receive the commission, the associated points may not be honored.
• Payouts are processed on a best-effort basis, typically within 24–48 hours, but delays may occur.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to complete the same deal more than once.
• Submit falsified, manipulated, or misleading proof (including edited screenshots, screenshots from other users, or AI-generated images).
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploit bugs, loopholes, or errors in the points system.
• Collude with others to game or abuse referral offers.
• Attempt to redeem points that were not legitimately earned.

If we detect fraudulent or abusive activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, revoke all points, cancel pending redemptions, and ban you from the Platform — without notice or compensation.

We may use automated systems and manual review to detect fraud. Our determination of fraud is final.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, any unredeemed points are forfeited. You may also delete your account at any time — unredeemed points will not be paid out after deletion.

8. Third-Party Services

Referral.ink links to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party offers.
• Any loss, damage, or liability arising from your use of third-party products.
• Credit inquiries, account fees, or financial obligations incurred through third-party signups.
• Changes to third-party referral programs, bonuses, or terms.

You should review the terms of any third-party service before signing up.

9. Gambling & Betting Disclaimers

Some deals on the Platform involve sportsbooks, casinos, prediction markets, or other gambling-related services. By completing these deals, you acknowledge that:

• You are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (typically 21+ for sportsbooks).
• You are located in a jurisdiction where the service is legally available.
• Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Referral.ink does not encourage or endorse gambling.
• Referral.ink is not a gambling operator and has no control over gambling outcomes or platforms.
• If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

10. Cryptocurrency & Financial Disclaimers

Some deals involve cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, or financial products. Referral.ink does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency and financial products carry inherent risks including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referral.ink and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have redeemed from the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Referral.ink, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or fraudulent activity on your account.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
