Rewards Are Not Guaranteed

Referral.ink operates on a best-effort basis. Points are earned when we can verify both your proof of completion and the successful processing of the referral on the partner company's end. If a referral is rejected, reversed, or not tracked by the partner, we are under no obligation to credit or pay out the associated points.

We do not guarantee any specific payout amount, timeline, or approval rate. Referral programs change frequently and without notice — point values, deal availability, and redemption options may be adjusted at any time.

Points Have No Cash Value Until Redeemed

Points are a virtual reward tracked on the Platform. They are not currency, securities, or property. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, bartered, or exchanged outside of Referral.ink. Accumulating points does not create an obligation for Referral.ink to pay you — redemption is subject to our verification and approval process.

Fraud & Abuse Policy

We take fraud seriously. Any of the following will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all points, and cancellation of pending payouts — without warning or appeal:

• Creating multiple accounts to double-dip on deals.
• Submitting fake, edited, or stolen screenshots as proof.
• Using someone else's signup as your own proof.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in the points system.
• Coordinating with others to manipulate referrals.
• Using VPNs or location spoofing to access geo-restricted deals.
• Any other activity we determine, at our sole discretion, to be abusive or fraudulent.

Our fraud determination is final. We use automated detection systems and manual review. We are not required to disclose our detection methods or provide evidence of fraud to the user.

Third-Party Services

Referral.ink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the companies listed on the Platform. We are an independent referral aggregator. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• Whether you are approved for a credit card, bank account, or any other product.
• The terms, fees, interest rates, or conditions of any third-party service.
• Any financial loss, credit impact, or negative outcome from signing up for a third-party product.
• Changes to or discontinuation of any third-party referral program.

Always read the terms of a third-party service before signing up. Referral.ink is not liable for any consequences of your interactions with third parties.

Gambling & Betting

Some deals on the Platform involve sportsbooks, online casinos, prediction markets, and other gambling-related services.

• Referral.ink does not operate, endorse, or promote gambling. We list referral offers — participation is entirely your choice and responsibility.

Availability & Changes

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including deals, point values, redemption methods, and these disclaimers. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Referral.ink and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost points, failed payouts, third-party service issues, credit score impacts, gambling losses, or investment losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have successfully redeemed in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Tax Responsibility

Rewards earned through Referral.ink may be considered taxable income depending on your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. Referral.ink does not provide tax advice and may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099) if required by law.
