Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

Proof Submissions: When you submit proof of deal completion, we collect the screenshot image you upload. These images are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes.

Redemption Information: When you redeem points, we collect the payout details you provide (PayPal email, cryptocurrency wallet address, or gift card preference).

Usage Data: We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, deals clicked, browser type, and IP address to improve the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To verify proof submissions and credit points.
  • To process redemptions and payouts.
  • To detect and prevent fraud.
  • To communicate with you about your account, deals, or support requests.
  • To improve the Platform and user experience.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and payment processors necessary to operate the Platform.
  • AI verification: Proof screenshots are analyzed by AI models for automated verification. Images are not stored by or used to train AI providers.
  • Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or legal process.

We do not share your information with the third-party companies whose deals are listed on the Platform.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. Proof images are stored in secure cloud storage with access restricted to verification systems and admin review. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your personal data through your account dashboard.
  • Delete your account and associated data by contacting support.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA. If you are an EU resident, you have additional rights under the GDPR. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Proof images are retained for up to 12 months after verification for fraud prevention. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
